We work with all modalities of healthcare professionals ranging from clerical personnel to MDs who are seeking Locum Tenen positions. The purpose of our services are to improve staffing shortages while helping you maintain your budget. Below you will see a brief description of our services:

 

Per Diem: We offer supplemental staff to fill your day to day vacancies while giving you the versatility to utilize our employees as much or as little as you need. Our employees are available for block scheduling, long or short term contract assignments, and for strictly PRN. When you have STAT requests, AHSS can accommodate your needs up to 2 hours prior to the start of a shift.

Temporary-Permanent Placement: At times, hiring the right person for the job can be a challenge and we know that bringing on a new team member can be stressful. Not to mention the time and money expended on recruiting, hiring, and training new staff. This is why AHSS offers Temp-Perm Placements so you can "try before you buy". We offer flexible temp-hire placement terms so when you are ready, you can be sure you have the best person for the job and your facility.

Direct Permanent Placement: After an in depth discussion of your needs and concerns, we will pre-screen our qualified candidates and present you with detailed profiles for you to review at your convenience. You have the choice of interviewing our applicants in person or via phone prior to making any decisions. AHSS strives to make this an easy and stress free hiring process and we will continually recruit for your facility until we have found a perfect fit. You are not obligated to pay anything until we have done so!

AHSS has professional staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while our services allow our Clients  to have ONE point of contact for all their requests. Our Staffing Coordinators are experienced in this industry and conduct themselves professionally and ethical at all times. By partnering with AHSS, you can be sure you will be receiving only the most qualified and knowledable staff. To ensure quality, each and every candidate must pass through our preliminary screening which consists of: Detailed Application, Annual Skills Checklist & coordinating Skills Exam, 2 positive Professional References, 10 panel Drug Screen, National & County Criminal Background Screen, Statement of Good Health, Successful(80% or better) annual completion of inservices as recommended by JCAHO. In addition, you can rest assured no employee has less then 1 year relevant experience within the last 3 years.
